We launched in May 2022, founded by Seattle-based artists Yin and Ray - aka @carnipanda_tattoo and @quindaytattoos.

Off-Gray was born of the shared passion for pushing the boundaries of tattooing while staying true to its rich history and culture.

Our ultimate purpose with the studio is to create a constantly evolving space, transforming through our community and creativity.

To hold space where everyone feels inspired and supported to express their story, creativity, and individuality.

Our mission is rooted in our community. A community we’ve built through dedication to our craft and to the connections we make with our clients. Together we’ve made a space where tattoo’s culture and tradition exists on common ground for all to express their stories, creativity and individuality.

I’ve yet the pleasure to work with Yin but I’ve been getting tattooed by Ray for a few years now and even had the pleasure of a piece from their current apprentice Yungee. The art that these three produce is unbelievable. Ray is such a personable artist to work with and he truly makes it feel like you’re collaborating with a friend to make a piece of amazing art come to life. If you’re lucky, you may even get to see Yin or Ray’s dogs as they visit the shop too :)!"
